Due to recent work on Indiana’s ISTEP+, CTB/McGraw Hill called on Briljent to help them administer the Oklahoma End-of-Instruction (EOI) assessments for the Oklahoma Core Curriculum Tests (OCCT) by providing state-wide training to the school district test coordinators.

District test coordinators are responsible for administering seven EOI tests in content areas such as: ACE Algebra I, ACE Algebra II, ACE Geometry, ACE English II, ACE English III, ACE Biology I, and ACE U.S. History. These tests are administered online, with the exception of the Writing portions of ACE English II and ACE English III, which are administered only in a paper/pencil format.

Briljent’s approach included training 300 test coordinators in a face-to-face or classroom format and multiple webinars where an estimated additional 720 participants were trained.
