About Us

Briljent? What is that? Our CEO’s grandparents were immigrants from Czechoslovakia. Given this strong heritage, our company name is the Czech word for “brilliant”.

Briljent is an acclaimed presence in the technical writing, training and outsourcing industries. We are a woman-owned business with 8(a), DBE and WBE certifications.

We have a bench of 70 staff members and with the help of our brilliant Chief Talent Officer we can ramp up to staff projects with additional resources as well. Our goal is to provide talented employees to staff your project and help you succeed. We believe in strong, long-term and win-win relationships. We also have learned that communication, communication and communication is key to the success of our projects.

Giving Back

“To whom much is given, much is required.”

Only 4% of the 28,000 companies in the United States ever grow beyond $1 million in annual revenue. We surpassed that early in our company history and continue experiencing phenomenal growth. With that success comes the obligation and joy of helping others who are less blessed. Our philanthropic focus is ever present.

We have won awards and we have succeeded. Yet what we are proud of is the company culture we’ve inspired.

  • We are Hoosiers. Our corporate headquarters is in Indiana, perched on the edge of a protected wetland.
  • We are ethical, focused, hard-working people. We implement well.
  • We care about one another and help each other out.
  • We mentor and help many other small businesses succeed.
  • We enjoy life and make the most of each day. Carpe diem.
