Briljent has recently accepted a project from Dana Corporation, requesting services for creating training manuals and assessments for the multiple operations of the torque-traction plant. The Fort Wayne Operation wishes to offer effective and consistent training for their future new hires.
Briljent will write work instructions for the operating areas, perform an analysis of current time studies, and design/develop training manuals for completion of the work instructions. A design meeting was held to identify the most critical departments for the training manual creation. Safety Points and Key Inspections will be incorporated into the work instructions and training manuals.
