"Online training is valuable and cost-effective method for continuous education and overall productivity enhancement that provides employees and customers with the ability to learn and use the iGMS for grants management activities. The benefits of online training are astounding. First, it’s convenient. Employees and customers often struggle to balance the demands of their current positions and many times don’t have the flexibility in their schedule to attend a 4-5 hour training, but they can always spare some time to sit at their computer and run through a module. They also have the ability to go through a module and stop if they’re looking for a specific item. Second, online training is kept up to date and relevant. When new features are added to the iGMS, the online training module is updated to account for those revisions. Third, training is immediate. If the user finds time in their schedule at 9:00 pm, they can log into the system online and take the training they need. And of course there are others."
